Counselling by Julie Bithell

Counselling is a professional relationship developed between people, where the counsellor enables you to explore your feelings and thoughts in a safe, supportive, non-judgemental environment and bring about positive and lasting change. My aim as a counsellor is to respect you and your ability to make decisions and changes in your life in light of the work we do together. Counselling can often be a difficult journey but will result in living a more fulfilled, contented life.

Counselling can help with

  • Stress
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Anger
  • Bereavement
  • Sexuality & Gender
  • Abuse
  • Relationships
  • Spirituality

As an individual member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists), I am bound by its ethical framework for good practice in counselling and psychotherapy and subject to its professional conduct procedure.

Counselling sessions are one hour long and the fee is £45 for individuals and £50 for couples. Please feel free to contact me should you require further details or wish to make an appointment.
